Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Mobile App Delivery Manager to join our expanding team and work.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:
- In-Vehicle Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct hands-on testing of vehicle systems to validate performance, safety, and quality of mobile app. Track, document, and resolve any issues or defects, ensuring mobile app meet the Client’s strict automotive standards.
- Technical Coordination: Act as the primary on-site lead, ensuring smooth communication between backend developers, offshore frontend teams, and business stakeholders. Ensure alignment on project scope, requirements, and objectives.
- Mobile App Business Requirements Management
- Conduct discussions and reviews regarding business requirements of mobile apps in the current local Operation/Enhancement.
- Communicate effectively with offshore developers to provide feedback on design outcomes and ensure all stakeholders understand the next sprint direction.
- Actively manage the progress of the mobile app development and facilitate efficient communication between stakeholders and developers.
- Mobile App Testing & Quality Assurance
- Oversee regular testing processes for mobile apps, including periodic Audit Tests, App Release Tests, and vehicle-based App Tests as needed.
- Ensure high-quality standards for app releases through systematic testing and validation.
- Customer Feedback Analysis & Issue Resolution
- Perform first-level analysis and follow-up actions based on customer feedback on mobile app.
- Participate in related meetings to actively address and resolve mobile app issues in collaboration with the development team.
- Provide regular status reports to customers weekly and monthly, summarizing the offshore team's operation updates and issue resolutions.
- Agile Delivery Management:
- Oversee sprint timelines, tracking milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Facilitate regular meetings with technical and business teams to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks, ensuring clarity and precision for the development teams.
- Identify risks and challenges early, developing strategies for mitigation.
- Continuous Improvement: Work with all teams to refine and enhance processes, testing frameworks, and communication channels for improved efficiency and quality.
