Quality Assurance Tester

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our dynamic team. As a QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and security of our solutions in the fast-paced and rapidly evolving industry.

Responsibilities

• Executes manual test cases under varying circumstances for new functionalities and regressions
• Documents and evaluates test results
• Detects, logs, and reports product bugs and glitches 
• Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors
• Collaborate with Software Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing 
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Assist with developing quality control processes & product quality specifications
• Understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different components
• Has the go/no-go decision in sending use cases/stories to the client for UAT
• Researching test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes.
• Identifying areas of weakness to existing procedures, continually implement new procedures, and assess risk of impact from changes to project

Requirement

• Minimum 2 year of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• Minimum 1 year of software testing experience
• Advanced English knowledge (B2 or higher)
• Excellent communication skills; experience working in cross-cultural settings a plus
• Excellent work ethic and team spirit
• Experience in Agile frameworks and regression testing desired
• Experience in project management and QA methodology is a plus
• High attention to detail
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
